OYO 848 Dona Aurora Condotel

We ended up liking this no-frills but comfortable place, even though it wasn't in the area I needed. I wanted to be near St. Lukes Hospital Extension, not St. Lukes Hospital. The extension is near the US Embassy for a reason, and we made a 40-minute Grab ride there on both days. Picking this place for the hospital extension was a mistake, but the neighborhood turned out to be a hidden jewel. People were friendly, tricycle drivers were nearby, and the price was very reasonable. I'm American, which may explain my thinking. The room was clean and had a microwave, mini refrigerator, dining table with two chairs, TV, and window AC. I loved that the shower had a water heater. Staff were very nice, and they ask for a 1,000 peso deposit for incidentals. Our flight arrived right as the office hours ended, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I thought we might need another place for the night. My fiancée convinced me to go anyway. There was a doorbell for late arrivals, and all was well, except for the neighborhood rooster waking us at sunrise. Welcome to the Philippines 🇵🇭.

The peaceful setting and helpful staff made my stay a satisfying one. There was a lift and plenty of appliances that worked properly, which can be hard to find in a place like this. It was affordable but felt luxurious 😉❤️. This will be my pick next time too. 11/10.

We all had a lot of fun here and would definitely come back. The area was very quiet, the staff were accommodating, and the rooms were really clean, which matters a lot to us. Great value for the price. Thanks, I highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool was my favorite part, especially at night. You can watch the lights flash and hear the city while relaxing in a peaceful, lovely atmosphere. The condotel's style and design felt so cozy, and the people were warm and nice. A great experience overall!
