I stayed last December with my family and our furrbabies to celebrate New Year, and what I saw was disturbing. I witnessed a hotel staff member harassing a stray cat on the premises. This is a PET FREINDLY ESTABLISHMENT, so the behavior left a very bad impression. Treating animals badly, including strays, clashes with the compassion and responsibility guests expect from a PET FREINDLY HOTEL, and could put animal-loving guests off staying here. I hope management takes this seriously, guides and trains staff properly, and makes sure pets and strays on the premises are treated humanely and respectfully. My wife caught it on a short video, and we're willing to show it to the DEPATMENT OF TOURISM or share it on socmed for awareness. I'll call the DEPATMENT OF TOURISM's attention to the incident. I believe the hotel could uphold better standards, and sincerely hope this concern is considered.

The location is handy, near transportation, restaurants, and shops. Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable, and the rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making both check-in and check-out smooth. Good value, especially for a short stay.

The room and service were neat and good, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They spoke good English, so there wasn't a language barrier. It was my first solo trip to Philippines, and a friend suggested this place because it's near many tourist spots around Manila. I'd recommend it for solo, friends, or couple travellers.

The room was clean and the staff were great, but the towels were awful, grey and thinning out compared with before. The laundry service uses really strong chemicals too. When the towels are in such bad shape, you can't have a decent shower.
