The building facade has improved since business offices moved into the ground floor. It used to be poorly maintained. There’s no proper administration or legitimate building administrator. The person called the “building admin” is unqualified for the job but receives a professional, licensed building administrator’s salary. The admin office is always closed. The office secretary acts like she’s the boss and lives rent-free in a separate condo unit, possibly with free water and electricity. She’s hard to find when needed and slow to act on requests.
