There's a path into the mall, though it can only be used during mall hours, and that's the best thing about the place. For the price, it's a good deal. Our room was spacious enough for a couple, but it was old and had no windows. The bathroom has a bidet. You can hear people outside through the thin walls, and the gym is in a different hotel room. Still, I'd recommend it.

We brought our balikbayan guests here and were really disappointed. The room we stayed in smelled bad, and the floors in the rooms were dirty. We had six kids spread across different rooms. We ordered towels, but housekeeping took a long time to bring them. They claim sanitation is top class, yet I didn't see them use disinfectant while cleaning. Our family wasn't happy.

We stayed here with my parents on our second trip to the Philippines because it's close to their home and gives easy mall access. This year's stay was disappointing. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the sink was clogged, and the AC wasn't cold enough. On top of that, the same front desk representative accused us of taking a blanket and some kind of water bottle from the room, items we didn't even know about. Something similar happened during a stay at a Holiday Inn in Tagaytay. It's strange, embarrassing, and ridiculous to blame guests for missing things. If the hotel is so concerned about its items, why leave them in the room? They couldn't even supply toilet paper, so we had to bring our own. The hotel can't provide the amenities, and I wouldn't recommend it anymore. It feels motel grade and doesn't deserve a 3 star rating. Don't be taken in by the positive comments. I don't think we'll stay here again.

Jun, the security guard posted at the front door, was especially helpful from our very first day. We spent two weeks here and had a great stay. The hotel is convenient, and we'd book at Summit Hotel Magnolia again and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Everything you need is in the same area, and the location is excellent. For a 3 star hotel, I think it's great value for the money.
