Terran Suites by OYO Rooms

Being close to QMMC was why we picked this budget friendly hotel. It was about a six minute walk for my parents' general check up, and restaurants, grocery stores, laundry services, and transport were nearby too. Booking by call or text was easy, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor was clean and organized, but there was no lift, which isn't ideal for seniors, especially with medical concerns. There were no chairs at first, though my mom borrowed two plastic ones. They don't provide extra beds or foam, and an extra person costs 500 pesos. The deluxe room was 1.1k for up to two guests, with one child free, and seniors can get a 20% discount. There's a shared pantry where you can keep food in the fridge and heat water with the electric kettle. There is a microwave oven, but it doesn't seem to be for everyone's use, perhaps because a long term tenant owns it. GCASH payment isn't available.
