We stayed at an Airbnb in Le Grand Tower 3 for our anniversary. The apartment was clean and had the basic things we needed, and Eastwood Citywalk is very close by. Remember to have your ID ready when you register at reception.

The guards and the woman at the front desk are really nice. It's a great place to live, with pretty good amenities. The pool is large and always clean, and the gym is huge with lots of equipment you can use for free.

The location is convenient for food, with restaurants and food hubs nearby, though the area isn't too busy and has more of a businesslike feel. From here, Cubao is about 15-20 minutes away and SM North Edsa is around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic and how you travel. The building feels modern and a little upscale. There's CCTV and a security guard on duty all the time. The room looks over the pool and Eastwood City's central hub. The elevators work, there's accessible parking, and the units are thoughtfully designed for short or long stays. There isn't a laundry area or a balcony.

We had a nice stay in a lovely room. The one issue was the bathroom dispensers, which were so difficult to use that I ended up buying my own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I hope they can fix them for future guests.
