A good option for a road trip stop. The hotel is centrally located in Roxas, and the staff were helpful at check-in. The room and comfort room were clean, with toiletries supplied and good water pressure. Hot and cold shower water was available, and drinking water could be taken from the dispenser in the alley. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel-grade linens and pillows felt smooth and soft. The TV has no cable, but connects to the internet for Netflix and YouTube. I'd recommend staying here.

The staff were very nice, and the location is good if they sort out the room issues. The bed was comfortable, though the sheets had holes. The room wasn't especially dirty, but I saw two cockroaches during my two-night stay. There was also black mould in the bathroom that needs attention.

This is our usual stop for research trips, and it's convenient for travelers on a tight budget. You can book either a 12-hour or 24-hour stay. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning, cable TV, a comfortable bed, towels, amenities and 24-hour security. Gaisano Mall, convenience stores and food spots are all within walking distance. Since the place is along the main road, getting transport isn't a problem. A useful base if you want to explore Roxas City and nearby areas.

The location is good, but the hotel needs some upkeep. The room itself was clean, though the chlorine smell was overpowering. The bedcover already had holes, so the linens should be upgraded. The shower drain smelled bad too.
