The sunset was stunning, and the whole place had such a beautiful atmosphere. The owner and staff were so kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay that we'll remember. Highly recommend!

I loved the bed, and the room was clean. The price is very affordable, and the beach was great for a beginner surfer. You can hear the waves all day, which I find relaxing, and the rooster waking you up each morning is a bonus if you want an early start, lol. If you're after a more traditional Filipino place to stay, this is a good fit. The staff are friendly, especially Fernan, who paid close attention to what we asked for.

The town is quiet and coastal, with a breathtaking beach and Bato ni Ningning nearby. The room was very clean, the accommodation was good, and customer service was excellent. One thing to plan for: if you eat at their restaurant, order ahead because the cooking takes a long time.

The road in isn't in great shape, so getting here takes a bit of effort. But it gives you a real feel for village life, and we didn't see another tourist. The beach is clean and spectacular, with an INCREDIBLE secret cove just a few hundred meters down the shore. We enjoyed the food, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Chris runs the place and is the best part of it. He's super interesting and took perfect care of us. Thanks, Chris, you're awesome. Hope to see you again one day.

Chris was probably the best host I've had anywhere. He was engaging, friendly, and accommodating, picked us up at the Almanaguin (spelling?) crossing, then took us to the top of the big hill for a great view of the area. We arrived just after the typhoon had passed, so the waves were very big. A few hundred meters north there's a nice little spot called Secret Beach. When the weather is better, there's usually a boat that tours the local islands. The Peak View is about 45 minutes to an hour north of San Vicente, a nice place to slow down in a seaside village. Our room was comfortable with an excellent view. The hot water was the best we had in Palawan, and there was a kettle with plenty of instant coffee too.
