The water from the room faucet was brown, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. We also couldn't relax or sleep properly because the walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway. We didn't get the room we had booked and paid for in advance. When we brought it up, the staff seemed unprepared and unaware of our reservation; instead of dealing with it professionally, they laughed, which felt immature and disrespectful. The condition of the hotel and its service didn't meet even basic standards. It was by far our worst stay in the Philippines. We expected professionalism and basic hospitality, but the hotel failed on both. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
