It's convenient if you need a place near the city for the night, close to everything and only a short distance from San Fernando. The rooms and beds are quite old, and there was no Wi-Fi signal. At around 8 AM I asked the waiter to refill some food, but she said there was nothing left even though breakfast was meant to run until 10 AM. If you're after a budget-friendly stay and don't care much about amenities, it could work. For comfort and service, it may not be the best choice.

The service really stood out during the two days I spent mostly at the event venue. The staff were attentive, proactive, friendly, and clearly wanted guests to have a great experience. The food was almost always good, and sometimes very good. As a speaker, I also found facilities at the venue that you don't see in most good hotels in NCR. My room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and had plenty of storage and outlets, plus inverter AC, a mini ref, and a nice CR. The place has some imperfections, but its strengths more than made up for them. Next time I'm in town, I won't consider staying anywhere else.

The staff are kind and the service is good, but parking was the biggest disappointment. They let churchgoers use the parking area, and when customers with cars came back to the hotel, there wasn't anywhere for them to park. The rooms are standard, though not as good as someone might expect, and the bathroom needs upgrading. Food also needs improvement and more variety.

The rooms are nice, and the staff are really friendly. Everyone was accommodating, too.
