Banamboo

The owners were lovely and easy to ask for things. They responded quickly, and even took care of my laundry, which was great. I stayed six nights at Banamboo in a double room with its own bathroom. It was small, just enough space for the bed and a bedside table on each side, but it suited me fine. It's a welcoming, cozy place. There's no fridge, so keep that in mind.

The food was super lami, and we had a superb time doing canyoneering and seeing turtles and the sardines in Moalboal with Banamboo. Everyone there was friendly and easy to talk to. Mam Josephine and her sister especially welcomed us so warmly and looked after us wholeheartedly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I had so much fun staying there!!!

Our Kawasan Cayoneering trip with Banamboo was amazing. Kevin, our guide, was kind and took the best photos. Lunch afterward was great, and everyone was so sweet and went out of their way to make the adventure fun.

Bring earplugs for the roosters, though. Josephine at Banamboo was the friendliest, kindest, most helpful host we've had in the Philippines. She arranged transport to and from the airport, canyoneering, scuba diving, a scooter rental for going into town, and everything in between. I can't recommend staying here highly enough because of her.
