We checked in a few days ago. Before arrival, the owner and caretaker replied right away. We told the caretaker about the baby cockroaches throughout the unit. She said they had just sprayed for bugs and knew about the problem because previous tenants had complained. She also said the dirty utility area was right by the unit. When we later texted both her and the owner to say we were uncomfortable, neither of them replied.

The room was clean, cozy, and contemporary, and the quiet surroundings made for a good rest. The location is good, and checkout was quick. Excellent stay. I highly recommend Ethans crib at azure.
