RedDoorz @ Boondocks Cabins Resort

A clean room, a free pool, and very friendly staff made this a good stay. It’s away from the road noise, and the price for what you get is the best around here.

The quiet setting up the hill was a plus, but I’d rate the stay 2 out of 5. There was mold around the sink and toilet seat, and I spotted a bug in the bed, which I photographed. The curtain is see-through, so I felt uncomfortable changing or sleeping at night. The water was already warm in the afternoon because I visited in summer, so there was no hot shower. I also felt sorry for the bees and bumble bees that had died along the hallway. I think it was too hot in the container.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were lovely. The pool felt just right at night in the warm weather, and the price was affordable. It’s a handy location if you have a car, though it’s a bit of a walk from the highway. Thanks for a really comfortable night, Boondocks! 💗 I’d stay again if I get the chance.

The place is colorful and has a pool, which I think was being used for an event when we checked in. Still, compared with other RedDoorz branch hotels in the same price range, this one felt less cozy. The rooms are made from container vans like the ones you see at construction sites, with no soundproofing, and the floors creak every time I step.
