We stayed in the “Gangster Theme” suite, which was clean and smelled good. The garage can fit SUVs, and the staff made the service feel like a five-star hotel. Even how they handled the phone was perfect. They told me at the time of ordering that dinner around 7pm would take 30 minutes, and the food arrived within that time. One small suggestion: put a shampoo dispenser near the shower, since the only one is by the Jacuzzi / Sink, a few steps away. They also give one-time discount cards to use on a future visit.

No surprise this place gets poor reviews. I wouldn't recommend it. The room seemed not to have had maintenance since it was built, and the shower and toilet area were moldy. We stayed 24 hours and received only two complimentary 200ml water bottles, regardless of the length of stay. Worst of all, the car park was leaking all over. The dirty, yellowish water left marks on the car and seemed to be coming from the toilet.

The best suites to visit. All the branches really live up to their name. This is a great place to spend the day when you're out of town or touring.

Easy access to transportation is a plus, and I appreciated how quiet it was, which made for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Privacy was a big part of why I liked my quick weekend escape to Victoria Court San Fernando. The service stayed discreet, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable too.
