There was barely anywhere to put our things, with no drawers, and we got no housekeeping during our two-night stay. Maybe you have to request it, but nobody explained that at check-in. We were just handed the keys. The room itself was awful: it smelled, had sand on the floor, and wasn't comfortable. The A/C was incredibly loud, and the shower was only a pipe with no head. Since we were on the ground floor facing the pool, the curtains didn't cover the sliding patio doors properly, so privacy was poor, especially at night with the light on. It was so hot during our second night that we couldn't sleep without the fan, but the power went out twice and stayed off for almost the whole night. Dinner, a pizza, and breakfast, toast and eggs, each took nearly an hour despite there being no other customers, and items were missing. They served toast without the jam that goes with it, with no apology, apparently hoping we wouldn't mention it.

The pool was nice, the location was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The resort was clean too, though our room had some problems: the A/C was too small to cool it properly, there was no toilet paper, and the TV was tiny with remotes that didn't work. The bed was much too hard.

The first time we ate here, the staff welcomed us and we enjoyed the food, though it was a little expensive. On our return, we were the only customers, but the staff seemed not to care and took over an hour to bring our pizza and Greek salad. Three things listed for the salad, herbs, capers, and vinegar, were missing. When I took it back, they only added oil, even after I pointed out what was absent. We used the pool while waiting, then were told we had to pay for it when the bill arrived. It was very expensive. I wouldn't recommend it.

The pictures were accurate, and the room was fine for a night, though the bed and pillows weren't soft. The stay felt average. There's a restaurant and bar, a Jacuzzi, and a 7ft-deep-pool. The air-conditioned room was very small for its size, and the wifi didn't reach the rooms. There was no cellular reception, which made it a hassle to contact our tour driver. No rug or mat in the room either, and the towels were very thin. They don't have a generator, even though power interruptions are common.

The owner's attitude alone would put me off returning. He argued with his partner in front of us because she thought we'd been given too good a price. It was the same price my friend got through Agoda. He told her, right in front of us, that it was fine because he was putting us in the bad rooms, and he meant it. The food was overpriced too. There was no wifi, the pillows were junk, and the room wasn't clean.
