They wanted ₱500 just to take a food delivery, calling it a “corkage fee” for a burger. That seemed ridiculous, and it wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions. When I brought up the problems, management wouldn't acknowledge them, negotiate, or try to sort anything out. The online photos were completely misleading. I found a run-down, badly maintained room with mould on the walls, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and facilities that were basically unusable. All the swimming pools were empty, and the property looked neglected, as if it had been left to decay.

We felt right at home at Azure Camotes Resort Hotel. It's a perfect place to relax, with beautiful views, a private swimming area, tasty food, and friendly staff. Thanks for having us, Grace. We'll be back!

There were lots of roaches in the room, and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. The shower sprayer didn't work, apparently because of hard water buildup, and the light above the sink was out. Bed springs were sticking out too. It seemed like the facilities had had no upkeep or maintenance. The workers didn't speak English very well, and there was no cook or manager on site around lunchtime or when we checked in.

The views really caught my attention, and everyone was attentive to what we needed. The owner gave us a warm welcome too. We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort, and they helped make our trip memorable. I'd definitely like to visit again.

The staff were always ready to help, whether we needed something at the front desk or wanted room service. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed, with touches like a private balcony, ocean view, or spacious bathroom depending on the room. The location was wonderful, right by beautiful beaches with clear blue water and golden sand. Waking up to the waves was so refreshing. It felt like a home away from home.
