Bamboo Garden

We love staying here when we visit Pacifico Siargao. The beach is right there, and the rooms and pool are amazing. It's close to everything but still quiet. The staff are so friendly and helpful. 10/10 accommodation.

Siargao itself is amazing, but staying at this beach hotel made our trip much more stressful than it needed to be. I regret booking it and would suggest looking elsewhere. The hotel felt disorganized throughout. Tours were cancelled at the last minute, the restaurant ran out of basic items, and even simple requests seemed to bother the staff. The “private beach access” was misleading too: during our stay the shore was covered in trash, and no one from the hotel appeared to care or do anything about it. We went to beaches farther away instead because we couldn't enjoy the one right in front of the property. Our room was tiny, dark, and very basic for the price, and it didn't seem properly cleaned. There was sand on the floor, stains on the curtains, and a constant moldy smell in the bathroom. Wi-Fi barely worked, which made planning activities and booking transport difficult. Check-in was another problem. It took ages for the front desk to find our reservation, and rather than apologize, they acted as if it was our fault. ¿Quieres una aún más dura, más irónica, más corta o enfocada en un punto concreto?

Right on the beach, with a really lovely space and beautiful rooms. The staff were friendly, and the owner was great and very helpful. Amazing place, I'd definitely recommend staying as long as you can ;)

We had a fantastic two-night stay in one of the private cottages at the front. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities, lots of towels, good air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the beach was right beside us. The staff were lovely, especially Lyn at the front desk. Everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend if you're after a comfortable stay in Pacifico.
