Awesome Hotel

The room was perfect, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. The pool was sparkling clean and warm, and the restaurant had great choices at normal prices compared with other places in San Juan. I couldn’t find anything to fault except five broken tiles on the path up from the fresh green grass, yes, real grass. They also employ people to clean plastic off the beach. Please help keep the Philippines clean. I’ve stayed at lots of places throughout Luzon, and this one was exceptional. We had an awesome stay. 😁

Mary Grace at reception was so nice, and all the concierge staff were friendly, which matters a lot to me. They made things easy for us and the kids, with no stress. We had such a fun stay, with tasty food, quick service, and beach access. The beds were relaxing, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, and there were international food options. The bread was especially soft. For me, it’s a five-star hotel. Big kudos to the CEO for having such generous, great staff. My kids enjoyed it so much! ☺️☺️❤️🫶

The package was very fair for the venue, rooms, food, and service. It included reception food, an in-house cocktail bar, and two suites for two nights, which made planning much easier. Ma’am Ross was especially accommodating and easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to help, surprised us with complimentary massages after the wedding, and made sure our stylist had enough time and an air-conditioned room to get ready and keep the flowers hydrated. We held our wedding reception at Awesome Hotel, and the bright, clean space felt so welcoming that we needed very little decor. The natural light and ocean view were already perfect. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. You could tell they take pride in their work and look after their team. Service stayed consistent throughout our visit and on the wedding day. We had the best experience, and the whole team made us feel welcome. Seeing how happy the staff were made a difference too. We’re excited to come back.

Sir Arfloyd and Ariel B. were especially kind and ready to help with any concerns. The food and drinks were tasty, and everything felt organized and convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent amenities. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it for comfort and good service. I’d love to visit again.
