Those two little dogs they keep as local pets were a fun touch. Surfers Villa was quiet and cozy, and we had a comfortable, pleasant stay on our vacation. It’s an inexpensive place with a peaceful atmosphere and good value, a nice fit for a laid-back getaway in La Union.

We stayed in the large villa with friends. There was plenty of parking for all seven of our motorcycles, and the place has an easy-going surfer feel, with a choice of cottages as well as the villa. It’s close to the beach and beach restaurants. Vintage things dotted around the rooms and grounds give it character. The luxury here is really in the vibe.
