We had planned to stay two nights, but left after the first because the missing basics made us uncomfortable. There were no towels, soap, blankets, or even bottled water, things we expected to have for an overnight stay. The place has potential, and I hope management adds these essentials so future guests have a more comfortable visit.

It was easy to find tricycles nearby, and the room itself was clean, with good air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Just keep the bathroom door shut, since it starts to smell otherwise. The rest of the stay was disappointing. Our room wasn’t ready at the stated 2 PM check-in time. We were told the previous guest had only just checked out and that the bedsheets still needed changing, though checkout is at noon. Staff weren’t very friendly, one was rude, and they didn’t seem concerned when we raised problems. The shower didn’t work, which we hadn’t been told about despite the listing saying otherwise. There were no toiletries in the room either, so we had to ask. The TV reception was so poor there was little point trying to watch.

We booked three nights but left after the first morning’s breakfast because the room and facilities were in such bad shape. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the sink wouldn’t drain, the wifi was completely down, the pool was cloudy and dirty, and there was no hot shower water. The staff were very nice, though. We offered to pay for the night we used, but they kept the whole deposit and gave no partial refund for the other two nights.

This place was a nightmare. We asked for toiletries, but were told the stockroom was locked and they couldn’t get any. The internet had no connection, the room smelled bad, and the staff were impolite and bitchy. Because we booked online, they said pool use cost ₱200 per person. We agreed and asked to have it charged to our room, but the staff didn’t understand what we meant and got bitchy when we explained. Later, we left our key inside and asked them to open the room. We waited for hours. They said they had no duplicate key and needed to go through another room to get into ours, which made us worry about the room’s security. We also couldn’t find any fire exit. When we asked for a receipt, they refused to issue one right away and told us to wait for someone, without saying when it would be available.
