The room’s kitchen corner is an interesting feature, with an induction stove, electric kettle, cabinets stocked with cooking materials, and dining cutlery. The room itself was only okay, though. I wouldn’t expect it to be well maintained, or the linens and towels to be properly clean, even if it was better than other budget-friendly inns I’ve tried. It’s not very obvious from the street that the building is accommodation, and the barangay gets busy in the afternoon, so expect traffic. Parking is very limited. There’s a reception desk on the ground floor, a security guard for the building, and businesses sharing the building. Overall, it was a good stay.

I keep choosing this hotel when I’m in Davao. It’s close enough to important places, quiet enough for a peaceful rest, and good value for the price. The bathroom is nice and dependable, and the linen and bed are comfortable and high quality.

The crew are friendly and nice, but the room is cramped and really only enough to crash in for a night. The bathroom is tiny and the dining area even tinier. The sheet blanket had a few rips and holes. Breakfast is better than having none, I guess. If all you need is a place to sleep overnight, this could do.

The rooms are clean and the staff are nice. I’d recommend it to friends and colleagues, though the stairs are very narrow. With no elevator or facilities friendly to them, I don’t think elderly people or PWDs can stay here.
