Ted's Bed and Breakfast

Terrible experience. I booked late on Dec 4th and arrived at the hotel just minutes later, but the office was closed and nobody was there. A guard said the staff had already left and couldn’t help. When I asked for a refund, I was told cancellations aren’t refundable. The whole thing felt like a scam.

The rooms were clean and quiet, with good AC, working showers and toilet, and a TV. The staff were friendly, the cabins peaceful, and there was plenty of lush greenery and a nice pool. At night there’s a caretaker or guard. Once we reached the road, a shopping area was nearby, and the location was good. The free breakfast was a nice touch, but it wasn’t very good. They didn’t clean the room every day, though maybe I needed to ask. I had no Wi-Fi, which was fine until my last day, when I needed to check in for my flight and arrange my departure. Everything was acceptable and the people were nice, but at $70 a night I thought it was a little overpriced.

The food was good quality, and the pancakes at breakfast were tasty. There were other choices too. I also liked the trees and the big picture window in one area. Mangoes were usually on the ground, but they swept them up with the leaves. The rooms are quaint, quiet, and comfortable. There’s a pool tucked around the corner, and the nearby mall and 711 made the location convenient. I’d go back, though the price is at the top of my budget. The food and the bag of goodies on the bed probably made it worthwhile.

A relaxing place that felt very different from my usual stays, in a good way. The cabins have space between them, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s dog friendly too. I can’t wait to visit again.
