I slept well on the comfortable bed, and check-in and check-out were quick. The staff were generally helpful, and the rooftop restaurant serves tasty food with a great view. The location is handy too, just a few minutes on foot from the beach and Sabang’s main attractions. There was a fishy smell in reception when I arrived, and it lingered in the room. The water heater also took a while to get hot. At night it can be noisy, especially on the lower floors, so light sleepers may want to request a higher room. For the price, Dream Hotel is an acceptable option if location and a good bed are priorities. The rooftop restaurant is a nice bonus.

The beach location is great, with nice staff and lovely views. Some rooms have balconies and some don’t, so check when you book. The downside is being close to Etotica and the other sleazy nightclubs, with lots of thumping music.

We were there for a company workshop for about five days. The room was in decent shape. My friend stayed in Room 11 on the fourth floor, which had an ocean view. Laundry costs extra, and water isn’t supplied for consecutive bookings. The water quality wasn’t very good, so I’d suggest bringing a filter showerhead. They provide just two towels, and each extra one costs 15 pesos. The restaurant on the fifth floor was decent, and the manager and staff were all friendly. Erotica on the first floor is a good spot to watch shows.

Right in the middle of Sabang Beach, so shops and places to eat are convenient. The rooms are clean, and I’d suggest booking one with a balcony. There’s no pool, and the restaurant seems to be closed for now.
