I was staying at the resort and saw you unloading your things from its outdoor dining area. Your vehicle sat there for about 30 minutes, and it was still in the same spot after I finished eating. Once everything was unloaded, it looked as if you planned to leave it there, blocking the main entrance. The resort operator came over quickly and asked you to move it. I didn’t see anything aggressive or rude, just a request to back up a few meters so the entrance would be clear. You said it was early and there were no cars or people around. If so, why stop in front of a resort where you weren’t staying and block its entrance, when there was plenty of room on the public road? 😂😂 I felt the public review gave a misleading account, so I wanted to add what I saw. You also brought up Koreans and respect for older people. In my experience, Koreans try to be polite to everyone, not only the elderly. No one confronted you for a long time, even with the entrance blocked and resort operations affected. If you blocked a hotel entrance in Manila the same way, you probably know there’d be an issue within minutes.

Edit / Clarification: This was around 5-7am on a shared public access road used by several resorts. Ours is behind this one and uses the same frontage. We were actively unloading our belongings for our stay, including things for an elderly family member and an infant, and had to make several trips up a long staircase. The car was never unattended, and we had no intention of leaving it parked. We moved when asked. The entrance wasn't blocked, and there was no resort activity being disrupted at that hour. Local government and tourism authorities later clarified that the road is public and common space, and that the resort frontage can fit several vehicles at once. Our car was in front of the stairs to the resort we were staying at, and there were no operational disruptions. What bothered me was being spoken to indirectly: he didn't approach me, but told my family off instead. This happened early in the morning along the baywalk in Sabang, Puerto Galera, where things are very different from Manila. Telling guests off ahead of time based on an imagined disruption comes across as territorial, Karen-like management and feels out of place in a quiet resort town. My family was unloading on a public road to an adjacent resort when an entitled, rude Korean man told us to leave. That included a 68-year-old and an infant. I thought that nation was supposed to be respectful of the elderly. It was early, with no traffic or activity. We had paid the tourism office a small fee to enter the road. I can’t say much about the facilities or food; they looked okay from outside. But this man ruined it. Posting this to give the proper context.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly throughout. Service was very good, especially from the DiveShop and Housekeeping teams. Everything was clean. I’ll visit again 😍😍😍

A good spot for learning technical DIVING, and the rooms each have a great sunset view.

The owner has a very good attitude, and the staff are kind. The technical diving is very good too.
