The pool upstairs was a little dirty, and the place itself felt old and dusty, like it needs more upkeep. It's also pricey for somewhere this far from the city center. A standard room seems more like 600-800 pesos a night to me. The restaurant and cafe are closed now, so bring food. There's an eatery out front and a Mini Stop nearby, but getting to the mall means taking a bus since it's two barangays away.

I missed my chance to photograph the ducks crossing the property in a straight line. I was there for my brother's wedding anniversary, and it was my first time getting proper exercise from swimming.

The air-conditioned room was fine, but the TV didn't work. They take room reservations through their FB account, and you can check the room choices on their page. It offers transient accommodation, plus a resto bar and grill. The address is Magasawang Sapa Rd, Caypombo, Santa Maria, 3022 Bulacan.

We felt comfortable here, and the staff were all so kind and helpful. The family who runs the business are sweet too, and the food was delicious. This was our second stay, and we'd come back to relax and get a good night's sleep 😘😘😘
