My family came home from Australia, the US, and Canada and stayed for 2-3 nights. We all had the same impression of the wonderful service at NDN Grand Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and there was a water dispenser on our floor. I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel is on its way to 5 stars. I'll definitely return.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious options, all nicely prepared and presented. Hazael and Allysa took good care of us at breakfast. JM was also prompt and courteous when helping with room service. We stayed for two days, and the whole team at NDN Grand Hotel greeted us with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. Check-in was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Special thanks to Chris, Kaye, Louie, JC, and Carmela at the front desk for being professional, efficient, and warm. The team's friendly service made our stay comfortable and memorable.

We got in at about 4.25 a.m. after airline trouble, but check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good spread. The Chef is very accommodating if you ask for something special, so try his omelette. The location's handy too, SM City Sto. Thomas is just around the corner, less than a 5 minute walk.

The building is old, though well maintained, and the clean room was on the small side with a little balcony. The mattress was too soft, but the shower was a good size and had good water pressure. It's conveniently close to the new SM Sto Tomas mall. The included breakfast buffet was very basic, though the brewed coffee was good. We paid 3500 pesos for the room with breakfast, which felt overpriced to me.
