A really beautiful, luxurious place, with spacious clean rooms, lovely gardens, friendly owners, and great staff. It is a bit expensive, but feels special. One thing to plan around: the bar and reception are open only from 6am to 10pm. We had a few 4/5am starts, so coffee or breakfast that early, and evening drinks, may need to be arranged elsewhere.

My friends and I felt very pampered at Victoria’s Haven. We spent plenty of time on the veranda/lanai, playing table tennis and billiards or just taking in the garden. Tourist spots were nearby and easy to reach, too. The place has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The garden is lovely, the food delicious, and the spacious rooms and baths were kept clean by the friendly, accommodating staff. Thanks to the host and everyone at Victoria’s Haven for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant.

The garden is breathtaking, and the room blends the comfort and refinement of a new place with the lovely feel of a family home. It was a great base for enjoying Dumaguete and the surrounding area, with an easy-to-get-around location. The staff were friendly and knew the area well.

Rafa and the staff were a big help with ideas for day trips around town and some great hidden spots. We stayed three nights in February, and the food, service, and location were all just right. The rooms and greenery are beautifully maintained. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Thanks for a wonderful stay, guys :)

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, the surroundings comfortable, and the restaurant food delicious. Everything about the stay was perfect. We went straight to the airport after checking out this morning. I'm sure I left my very meaningful watch in the room. Please take this seriously and help me get it back. Thank you so much!
