The furniture and interior design are stunning, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The wine service, though, needs work. There was no chilled wine or sparkling wine available, so we waited 40 minutes for ours to reach a good drinking temperature. Then the sparkling wine we chose from the list couldn't be found, and the next option cost 35% more. By the time they told us they'd found a bottle of our original choice, the more expensive one was ready to serve. We weren't about to wait another 40 minutes just to finally have a sip.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice, with beautiful furniture, and the AC was cold, though there was no TV. Our pool water was green, and the room lock was broken before it was fixed. We also had to ask for the sheets to be changed because they had blood stains. There was a typhoon on our booking day and we couldn't go. The hotel refused a refund, so we rebooked instead.

We loved the peaceful tropical setting, lovely grounds, and amenities at Siama Hotel. The restaurant gave us a delicious taste of Filipino cuisine, with choices for local and international guests. Our Australian family stayed in December, and the warm, generous hospitality from the team won us over. It's a very professional family-run hotel, and we appreciated all the kindness and attention. We'd love to return.

The check-in delay was frustrating. We were told our room wasn't ready because the previous guest had checked out late. Things can come up, but better coordination could have prevented this. If a room is assigned to someone new, late check-outs shouldn't be approved. The hotel itself felt cozy and relaxing, and the food was excellent in both flavor and presentation. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays. Thank you.

The service, especially from the wait staff, was so friendly and attentive that it felt priceless, even though Siama hotel is expensive. The hotel, pool, and grounds are beautiful, and breakfast was great. Dinner and the ala carte menu weren't very vegetarian or vegan friendly, which I understand for the area. When I got hives, the receptionist was quick to help with oral OTC meds and an ice pack. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. For the room price, I would've liked a proper bathroom door instead of a curtain, plus more towel hangers. The room key was also finicky.
