We stayed for only 5 hours, and I’m asking for a full refund. We had to eat out because the advertised restaurant has been closed since the pandemic, and there weren’t usable facilities. The listing also says hot water is available, but there was none for showering. Our room smelled bad, had mosquitoes, and no bath mat, so the floor stayed wet. The pool looked cloudy and unclean. We checked out the same day. A full refund was denied because we used the facilities from 2pm and received mattresses we never even got to use. I don’t think that’s fair. I’ve since read older reviews raising concerns about the restaurant, cleanliness, and poor communication. What has management done about them? Please update the hotel information, because it’s misleading people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Even on a Saturday, there were hardly any tourists around, so it felt peaceful. The staff were friendly and kept the grounds spotless with all their cleaning. We enjoyed the clean pool too, and it wasn’t overly chlorinated. The facilities made for a pleasant stay, though some are showing ordinary wear and could use refurbishment.

After the long drive from Manila, we were hoping to get some rest, but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Then, even though my reservation clearly asked for an extra bed, it wasn’t there. We spent the stay following up on basic things: the room, extra bed, towels, floor mat, and toiletries. All that back and forth took away from the restful, comfortable visit we expected. The service was a real disappointment.

Our premium room was beautiful, but there was no WiFi. Worse, trash wasn’t being disposed of properly around the resort, and the beach was full of litter. Nobody seemed to bother cleaning it or even keeping it swimmable. People travel and pay to enjoy a beach, not just to book some random hotel. Bad business.

The pool was great, and the beach is right behind it. The location is convenient for nightlife, too. Our room was spacious and clean, though old. The shower had very low water pressure, the WiFi didn’t work, there was no phone in the room, and no restaurant.
