I had a quiet overnight vacation here. It may not look as luxurious as some other places, but the view of Subic is very good. Early in the morning, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the relaxing scent and scenery. The staff were accommodating, and parking was sufficient. I recommend it for an overnight stay.

The sea view is good, with Snake Island and the Zambales cove in sight. The sheets were clean and the room was okay, with strong, cold AC. There was no soap in the bathroom, which is dated and needs a deep clean.

The sea view is the best part, and the location and parking are good. The rooms are dusty and need a refresh. The shower has rust, and there are no toiletries or free water. Still, it’s good.

The view from the back is nice, and each floor has a balcony with a table and chairs. It’s a very inexpensive hotel near Subic, farther down the road from Barretto. I stayed mainly because it’s convenient to my wife’s home. Don’t expect the Hilton. There’s free Wi-Fi, with the password taped to the room wall, plus a mini fridge and air conditioning. The bed is just a foam pad, with no mattress, so it may be a poor fit if you have back problems. There’s no toilet paper, and a sign says not to flush paper products, probably because of the septic system. The bathroom does have a bidet hose, an instant hot water unit on the shower wall, a bucket and a tabo, or water scoop.
