I enjoyed the balcony view of the grassy fields. The room was good and suited two or three people, though the place is far from the city.

There was some street noise because the outside-facing door isn't well insulated, but I'd still definitely stay again. I had a great two-night stay: the room was comfortable and a good size, and the hotel is part of a small shopping area with good food and drinks. The staff were professional and polite, especially Ivon, Ernest, Nelar and Nino.

The kitchen setup was handy, with a cold fridge/freezer, two-burner stove, vent, pots, cooker, dishes and utensils. The TV had plenty of good channels, including movies in several languages, and there was a small balcony to use when it wasn't too hot. The aircon blew cold and the shower had plenty of hot water. Front desk and other staff were very nice and helpful. There are stores in the building for food and necessities, plus a restaurant next door with lots of different dishes at reasonable prices. It delivers until 10 p.m. Food Panda is also available later for a small fee. The new rooms have all the amenities and are reasonably priced, with a choice of two room types depending on how much space you need. It's a great little hotel, a bit far from town but well worth it. I'd choose it again when I'm in Tacloban.

I stopped here during a motorbike trip from Ormoc to Manila. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Hard to ask for much more.
