The towels and other linens really need replacing. They’re old, and the towels look nearly black. Still, I’d choose this hotel again because it’s affordable and easy to get to, and the staff are very accommodating with great service. Thank you.

The room felt a little dated, but it worked okay, and the attendants were accommodating. My room was small, though the view out the window was fantastic. Savemore and Mcdo are about a 10-minute walk away. During my four-night stay, the elevator lights went out for around 30 seconds once, but it kept working.

The room was too bright for me because there were no blackout curtains, and we were asked to switch rooms after we’d already settled in. The new room was better than the first one we were offered, so no complaints, LOL. I’d still stay here again in Tacloban. The room was clean and spacious, the service was great, and there’s a heater, which is handy for afternoon showers. They provided a thermos and two glasses, but no free bottled water, no big deal. There was also soap in the CR. And the view of the San Juanico Bridge from our room was one of the best.

The staff were kind and let us leave our bags after checkout because we still had to take the Licensure exam. The service was great. Our room was clean, but the old AC was super loud and didn’t cool it down. The TV looked hideous, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room was too weak.

The staff were polite and looked presentable, and the room was clean. Rates are affordable, though the hotel isn’t especially classy and the downtown street gets a bit busy. The AC has a separate, odd switch but still works fine. The TV reception was blurry, sometimes with no picture at all. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room properly, so I had to use mobile data.
