The staff were very friendly, including at the front desk, and you can feel the hospitality. The room WiFi was tolerable, but it was slow to moderate in the Pavillion and barely working in the grandballroom. The room itself was clean, with fresh sheets and towels, and the bed was comfy for sleeping.

The staff were all polite, which was the highlight for me. Rooms were clean, and the place is close to spots and places for errands. I'll definitely be back.

The location is convenient, close to transport and restaurants, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. Security and housekeeping staff in black shirts were friendly, though the male receptionist looked tired and grumpy. The economy room smelled bad and didn't seem suitable for elderly guests. It had only one roll of tissue, no hot water, and no rugs. I wasn't sure whether drinking water was available, but didn't ask since we brought our own. If you have the budget, book one of the higher-priced rooms.

I spent a lot of time happily lounging on the soft, comfortable bed, and got a good night's sleep as well as a good daytime nap. Our rented room's living room had a pull-out bed, handy for extra guests. The staff were good and willing to help, and the breakfast buffet was standard, with a choice of 3 viands. I would have liked carpet on the floor to make the room feel more luxurious. There was a garden to walk around, but more amenities or places to explore would have earned a 5-star rating from me. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
