The room was clean, and the staff were accommodating. The free breakfast was okay, and it's a pretty decent place, though there isn't much of a view. The billiards table was quite dirty, and I think the place could use a lot of improvements. I'll come back. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which is the one thing I appreciated. The bed and breakfast itself seemed poorly maintained, though, and the rooms didn't look like the Agoda photos showed. I was the only guest during my stay. The location could have been nice, but for a similar price there are newer, better places. That's why I gave it 2 stars.

The weather wasn't great during our vacation at Chateau Beatrice, but it added to the cool Tagaytay feel. We still really enjoyed our time there and will surely come back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
