A decent budget option for solo travelers or groups. The bedroom stays cool enough at night in Tagaytay, though there's air conditioning too. Hot and cold showers are available, and the living room has a TV with ABS-CBN TV Plus. Late check-in is possible.

The family rooms are huge, and I really liked the interior. But there was a water shortage, with no water from 10:30am until 4pm. Three stars for that.

For the price, it was very poor value. The private room had no window, the bathroom was shared with two dorms, and it was very noisy.
