It was easy to get food delivered since there are stores and restaurants nearby. The bathroom was clean, but the faucet water wasn't working properly. I'm also not sure whether the shower heater worked, because it only gave hot water and it was hard to tell if it was too hot or cold for my body. The staff were accommodating, but seemed unprepared to host guests and lacked customer service training. They didn't assist us, which I expected since the hotel is partnered with Reddoorz. We booked a room with two beds, but on arrival they offered us a small room with just one bed, quite different from the photos. The hotel was under construction, with debris and workers in front that made it confusing to find. Since it's along the highway, road noise and other sounds came through and could affect sleep. This is okay if you only need somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn't choose it for a relaxing or longer stay. I think they need to put work into the whole accommodation, not just the construction. Of the Reddoorz places I've visited, this was the first time I had this experience. Thanks for accommodating us, and I hope things improve soon.

A budget place with poor security and WiFi that's slow or nonexistent. The room smells like old wood. If you book, choose an upper floor room to reduce the highway noise.

Such a waste of money. The restroom flooded, the door locks were broken, and the bed was a lousy queen instead of the king described. There wasn't any tissue paper, and the attendants weren't helpful. The owner was always missing when I had a question or complaint. It's far from Tagaytay's main road, and tricycle drivers will rip you off. You've been warned.

I booked another night but am still checking out and moving to a different hotel. The toilet is dirty, the staff are rude, and it's far from the city proper. Tricycle drivers will rip you off here, too. After 8 PM there's no public transport available, so you can't get out. The Agoda description is lies. There's no way to eat except at the restaurant beside them that they recommend, which is rubbish as well. The rooms don't have closets, so there's nowhere for your clothes except a small table by the window. And despite the cold weather in the area, the shower water has no heater. This is the most rubbish hotel and the worst staff I've experienced in all my travels! 😡

The service was bad, the WiFi was horrible, and the washrooms were dirty and full of insects. There were insects and lizards roaming around the room too. A horrible place to stay.
