The host was responsive, and I had a pleasant stay in a nice studio condo at Cityland Prime. The location worked well, with everyday places within walking distance, and the roof deck view was very nice. The pool was unavailable because it was under renovation. Noise from the main road and hallways could be disturbing at times, even on the 17th floor. I heard people complain about parking fees, but I took the bus.
A power outage lasting several hours disrupted our visit, which was inconvenient even if it may have been outside the property's control. We still had a pleasant stay at Tagaytay Prime Residences and would consider returning, hoping not to have a similar interruption next time. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed to relax. The property is well maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere, and the location is hard to beat for access to Tagaytay restaurants, convenience stores, and popular attractions.
The windows and front door let in some hallway and outside noise, and the building's exterior walls are starting to show wear and need fresh paint. Apart from that, I think the residence is in good shape. It's one of the city's prime residential locations, with a panoramic downtown view, and higher-floor units can even look out at Taal Volcano.
The location made it easy to get to restaurants and tourist spots, and the staff and host were friendly and easy to talk to. The place was clean and cozy. We had a great stay at Tagaytay Prime Residences, highly recommended!
A budget-friendly staycation for families. Even in summer, the pool area gets windy and the water feels too cold to stay in for long. 😅
