The staff were polite and courteous, and I noticed they checked and cleaned the CRs almost immediately after someone used them. The food was good too. We attended a seminar in a ballroom-like space at the far end of the property, and the place itself is lovely, especially if you’re staying in one of the villas. Parking was the downside. There were only a few uncovered spots, and after a few hours the car interior felt like an oven. There are good spaces beside the villas, but they’re reserved for guests who rent them. More parking is available in front of the main building, though it’s uncovered as well.

The staff were awful. While I was speaking to the front desk, Yanzy was looking at her phone instead of paying attention. Nobody helped with my luggage as they took me up the stairs to my room. I also heard staff criticizing the accent of a large group from the province who were staying there. It’s unacceptable for hotel workers to show so little cultural sensitivity where guests can hear them.

Good service and clean surroundings, and the price was good too. I had a really good experience and would recommend it.

We stayed in Casita5D, a spacious room with one queen bed and one double bed. They also accommodated our request for an extra bed. The staff member handling the phone and reception were attentive to what we needed. There’s a gym with strength equipment and machines, but the treadmill and elliptical weren’t working. For our work training, the Bulwagan halls, Pinatubo and Mayon, had plenty of space, good lighting, and effective air conditioning for our group of about 50-60 people. They also had two wireless microphones and a projector. The food was bland and low on salt and flavor at first. We raised it with staff, and the next day it tasted much better. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a Tagaytay staycation or work events.

The room smelled old and bad as soon as we walked in, and it made me want to check out right away. The place itself is very old, with moldy, rusty bathrooms and towels that were old and stinky. Our basahan looked more decent than those towels, as if they’d been in use since the 1990s. And the complimentary breakfast? I’m speechless. It was ridiculous.
