I paid online through Agoda for two nights, but the manager or owner wouldn't let me stay when I arrived, saying the payment hadn't appeared in their account. I showed the booking confirmation and payment details. Her husband, who was managing another of their hotels, asked to see the Gcash confirmation text. After I showed it, they said the hotel was already fully booked. I had to find another hotel in the area in the middle of the night. Don't book this hotel through Agoda or Oyo.

Travel sites like Agoda and Booking.com list rooms here, but guests can be turned away with staff saying they don't know about any partnership. Other guests have described the same thing in their Google reviews. On top of that, the person called the “manager” was rude and unprofessional, and didn't seem to know how to treat guests. Whether he's the owner or not, management staff should at least know how to speak to people professionally. Do not book with this hotel. It's a total sham.
