Ronamar Apartelle

The atmosphere is quaint and homely, and the rooms feel the same. The staff are kind and efficient, and they offer food and beverage room service. The food was delicious. They make you feel like you deserve to be treated and served well, just like at home, only better.

The room was clean, with hot and cold shower and AC. Staff were attentive and friendly, parking was available, and it’s easy to reach from the main highway. The standard room had no refrigerator or intercom. Toiletries were very minimal, just towels and soap, plus complimentary bottled water. There was a clogged toilet in our room, and the Wi-Fi signal was unreliable. They should put mosquito zappers outside the rooms. Breakfast was good but a little expensive at 200php for a Continental breakfast: toasted bread, bacon, and fried egg. Coffee was the only drink included with breakfast, and hot chocolate or juice cost extra. Even so, I’ll go back because the rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly.

The room we had was roomy and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was really good too, especially the bulalo. Guests at the apartelle can get unlimited coffee. The rooms are a little dated, so keep expectations in check, but it’s definitely one of the better homestays in Tagaytay City.

The bed and linens were what stood out for me, very comfortable and luxurious, with that high thread count feel. The Apartelle gives the stay a suite-like feel while still being affordable and offering good service. Its location also worked well as a base for visiting Tagaytay's tourist spots. I had a great customer experience and would definitely stay again.
