Cleanliness was the main reason I chose this boutique hotel, and the place was almost spotless. My wife is pregnant, so that mattered a lot to us. Breakfast was simple and small but satisfying, though my wife thought it was underwhelming for the price. There's also a rusted old bus taking up a lot of the parking area, and it's the first thing you see when you arrive. It spoils the otherwise clean look. The night itself turned into one problem after another. Our room, which we'd secured online with a credit card on file, had been double booked. Staff responded and offered an “upgrade” to a family room. We appreciated the effort, but on Valentine’s Day it wasn't ideal since it felt less intimate. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and reception said high winds were to blame. The TV was out too. We mentioned it as we went to dinner, but when we returned they said it couldn't be repaired or replaced. They apologized and offered wine and food, but we'd just eaten and my wife was visibly pregnant, so we declined then. Later, my wife was still unhappy, so we called down to ask for wine and coffee. The phone stopped working. Someone from the front desk came up, took the request, and brought two glasses of wine, not a bottle, plus two small premade cups of instant coffee. The coffee was cold, and the powdered creamer wouldn't dissolve. My wife had to heat it again with the kettle. Sachets would have made more sense so we could prepare hot coffee ourselves. Then I got up to shower and found that wasn't working either. It made a loud gargling sound until I shut off the valve. The staff stayed responsive, but too many things went wrong in one night, and what they offered didn't meet expectations. For the cost and the overall experience, I wouldn't come back or recommend it. The cleanliness was excellent, but the value just isn't there.

Really clean little boutique hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. But the price doesn't match what you get, and there aren't any facilities here. Breakfast is very, very minimal. For a family room with three people, we only got two tiny water bottles, and they weren't replaced the next day. No coffee in the room either, just two teabags, also not replaced.

It's a small hotel, kept very clean and tidy. The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There's 24/7 security and parking. Five-star service ✨️

I asked about booking here, but we couldn't go ahead with the reservation. Still, the staff were attentive and took time to answer all my questions properly. The customer service was fantastic and responsive. I hope to visit another time, and I'd gladly recommend the hotel to others.
