There was plenty to enjoy at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay beyond just staying in the room, including beautiful scenery, a heated pool, a clean and comfortable hotel, and animal encounters. It felt like a fun, unusual staycation and was worth the visit. Sir Emman was especially kind and patient, answering our questions and clearing up the mishap or miscommunication about our son’s birthday setup. We appreciated the staff waiving the charges and giving us the whole cake for free. Everyone at Hotel Kimberly was helpful and accommodating, and those thoughtful gestures meant a lot. We chose the hotel for our son’s 2nd birthday and don’t regret it. We’ll definitely return. The main inconvenience was that the shuttle wasn’t running. Most activities are at the main hotel, so walking back and forth to our Lodge was challenging. If you have toddlers or kids, it might be better to book directly at the main hotel to cut down on walking. The slide pool was a hit with the kids and toddlers, but its water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t enjoy it fully. Hopefully they’ll heat that pool too. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The hotel staff put a birthday surprise in our room for our daughter, and she had the best time trying all the activities available there. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing stay, and God willing, we can visit again soon!

The animal farm and kid-friendly water park added a lot to our stay, especially for families. We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and the wedding venue and reception hall looked stunning. Everything was elegantly styled, well-organized, and just right for such a special occasion. We’d recommend Hotel Kimberly for a relaxing getaway or a memorable event.

The Christmas atmosphere was lovely, and the buffet had a nice range of food. We especially enjoyed the desserts and seasonal local treats, plus the black coffee was just right. It wasn't crowded, though there could be more room for babies and for seniors using wheelchairs or strollers. We celebrated 2025 Noche Buena here and would add the hotel to our list for another seasonal dinner. 🎄

We came for a friend's wedding weekend, and every meal we had was delicious. The hotel is older and established, but recently renovated. Our shower room flooded at first, though the staff sorted it out quickly. The ceremony had to move indoors at the last minute, and they did a stunning job with the change. Everyone on staff was responsive and ready to help.
