The rooms are cheap and fine for just passing the night, so don't expect high-quality sheets or pillows. You can ask for a kettle if you want hot water. It's close to skyranch and places to eat.

The worst part was not being able to sleep. Every morning, someone sang loudly in the hallway or teenagers, who I think might be the owner's family, talked at the top of their lungs. Sometimes there was music after midnight, and at 3am people would have loud conversations in the hallway without caring that guests might be asleep. The room next to us had "kids" in school uniforms drinking alcohol, blasting music, and screaming in the hallway at midnight. When we asked them to quiet down, they went downstairs to another room, which made me think they might know or be related to the owners. It's a pity, because the place isn't half bad, but it was a really bad experience. There was no hot water, the toilet had no seat, and ants were everywhere. I'm not a picky person and could probably have dealt with those things without leaving a bad review, but the constant noise kept me from sleeping.

Our family room had plenty of space and was very clean. It included a king-size bed, a bunk bed with room for two on each level, a small kitchen sink, electric kettle, and cabinets for belongings. I'm not sure the bunks could handle the weight, though. There was a flat-screen TV but no cable. I saw a wifi router outside, but couldn't find the password and was too tired to ask. The bathroom was clean but unimpressive and could use improvements like a mirror and another drain. Parking is available, though spaces are limited, and the narrow path makes getting in and out difficult. We liked the place and would return if nearby. I'd recommend it to travelers, but reserve ahead.

A good budget option, with a clean, spacious room at an inexpensive rate. There's parking, an ACU, and a fan. No toiletries or hot shower in our room, though I'm not sure about the other rooms. The weekday promo price is worth mentioning.

We stayed at Jemz Transient in Tagaytay twice, once last year and again this year for two days. The room was enjoyable and very affordable for a transient stay. Replies to inquiries were prompt, the staff were good, and the atmosphere felt really relaxing.
