Jhunlyn Rooms for Rent Tagaytay

The staff were accommodating, and the location and tables were decent. The food and prices were disappointing, though. It felt a bit pricey, the shrimp was still raw, and the BBQ looked like it had only been heated in a microwave. They charged a service fee even though the place is like a canteen. I also asked for minced onions, but they said they were short and didn't provide them. Other stalls offer cheaper food of the same amount and better quality, so I wouldn't recommend this place to visitors on a budget. They should review the prices and cook the food properly. If the food were good and delicious, the high price wouldn't be such a big issue.

This used to be our go-to bulalo place when we visited Tagaytay, but now the experience was a nightmare. I'm so disappointed. The meat seemed to have been cooked while frozen, there was no bone marrow left, and it was just hard meat. The Bulalo soup tasted bitter and bland, like watered-down meat and vegetables. In the photos, they plainly cover the meat with cabbage. And charging a service fee on top of that is absurd. I'm disgusted!

The food is affordable and highly recommended. I think they have the best bulalo in Tagaytay, especially compared with the pricey restaurants around. There are several nipa huts for dining, and they're clean and comfortable. Try the crispy dinuguan. 👍👍👍

At ₱1,500 for two people for 12 hours, the room rate is too expensive. The room was too small, and it wasn't worth the price. Nah!
