The housekeeping team deserves a shout out. They kept everything spotless and were consistently thorough, and Joshua was especially attentive, making sure we had what we needed. Those small details made the stay much better. We had a pleasant visit at One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites. The location made it easy to get around, and the rooms were comfortable. I’d consider staying there again next time we’re in Tagaytay.

Amacena Café and the bar had a calm, welcoming feel, and the food was one of the best parts of our stay. A close friend had recommended One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites, and I was glad they did. The staff were respectful, easy to approach, and very accommodating, which made things feel relaxed. Our room was cozy and clean, a 10/10 for comfort and cleanliness. It was a peaceful, memorable visit, and I’d happily stay again. ❤️

The SPA was good, and we found the location accessible. Staff were cheerful and friendly, and the rooms we stayed in were good, with the facilities working and the amenities we needed. I was disappointed, though, that our room faced another building. We had hoped for a better view. 🥰
