Summer10th Pinesuites Tagaytay

Our condo unit at cool suites tagaytay hadn't been properly maintained or cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom was full of mold and rust, so we didn't even use it. The Agoda listing promised Wi-Fi and Netflix, but all they had was a smart broadband connection with very poor speed. Dust covered the walls and ceiling decor and triggered a bad allergy, and the pillows weren't decent enough to sleep on. I won't book or return to this unit. Worst ever!!!! The owner should take down the listing and renovate the unit first. It's a shame to have such a misleading business post.

There was no toilet paper or water. The Wi-Fi worked, but it was just a room, so don't expect much!

The owner was quick to respond, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. The place felt cozy, with useful appliances that all worked and shared utensils available. The bathroom was the downside, with a foul smell coming from the drain. The location was also somewhat secluded, as the owner and caretaker had told us when they moved us from our original booking at SMDC. I’d book again.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights here and had a great stay. The owner was very responsive and easy to talk to. Kids have a playground, and pets are allowed inside. There's also a pool, though it costs extra: 8:00am to 10:00am is ₱150.00, 2:00pm to 4:00pm is ₱150.00, 6:00pm to 8:00pm is ₱200.00, and 8:00pm to 10:00pm is ₱200.00. A small store is right beside Pinesuites Tagaytay.
