I keep coming back for the relaxing atmosphere and great service. The price is really good for what you get, and the spa was great without being overpriced compared with other hotel spas in the area. Some parts of the property are starting to show their age, though nothing was a deal-breaker. The food was okay to pretty good, but nothing special. Still a good place to stay.

The staff service was excellent, but the property is already a bit rundown. It has a lot of potential if they fix it up.

We booked directly through T House and used it as our prep hotel for the wedding. I loved the rooms, which were clean and organized, and the area was spacious, peaceful, and ready for photos. The rate was fair for the rooms. Miss Nancy was generous and helped us choose which rooms to book for the wedding. Thank you, T House!

We came in as walk-ins to eat at Hiraya Cafe, not to book a room. We ordered four basic dishes and were told they'd take 30-40 minutes. There were only around five tables being served, so that already seemed surprisingly long, though we still hoped the food would be good. After a couple of follow-ups, it took more than an hour for the order to arrive. The food was very underwhelming. The adobong pusit cost 650php, but there was barely enough for two servings, with only a few squid pieces on the plate. The tofu kare kare tasted like its sauce came from an instant kare kare mix, and the tofu seemed almost spoiled. A very bad experience.

We stayed for 3D2N with our furbaby, and it was one of our most relaxing trips so far. We were there off season with few other guests, so it felt like we had the huge place to ourselves. There are lots of trees and plants, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained, great for a stroll with pets or some solitude away from the busy city. Our room was renovated but still had a nostalgic feel. The setting works for couples, families, and small or big groups. Our room was away from the main street, so it was really peaceful. Service was beyond exceptional. They bring tea and biscuits before bedtime, just remember to ask. We also had a massage, body scrub, and traditional hilot, which made the trip even better. There are lots of things to do, including a restaurant with Filipino and Japanese cuisine, a pool, an archery place, board games, a music and karaoke room, and a spa. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to others!
