The staff were pleasant, and daily room cleaning was nice. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets and pillows were so heavily perfumed they made me nauseated. There weren't any real windows, and the fan was broken. You do feel like you're paying for the room's style and age. The walk to the hotel was very smelly and uneven, with no pavement.

The balcony looked straight out to sea, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly. We were also close to some popular restaurants. The only downside was a faint unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably from poor ventilation. Salamat po! ❤️

Oscar went out of his way to help when we needed better WiFi for work calls. He set it up, kept checking that the connection was stable, and stayed until he was sure it was working properly. You don't often meet staff so committed to helping guests. The room at Panari Lodge was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view, and all the staff were friendly throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay in El Nido.

The view from the room was beautiful, the staff were nice, and breakfast was good. But I'm so tired of repairs starting at 7 am, with drilling, grinding, hammering, and all the rest. I understand it's the off-season and they need to get ready for the season, but we're guests too and want to rest. We deserve some consideration.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Panari Lodge El Nido. The room was spacious, the location was great, and the service was 10/10. Anj and Den were especially lovely, the nicest people we've met so far on our trip to the Philippines. You can count on them :)
