The Serviced Residences at Kasa Luntian

The pool was a highlight for me, and I like that they schedule its use to limit contact between tenants. The place is always clean, the security is very tight, and we feel safe there. We’ve stayed three times now, and the service is still superb. We’ll definitely come back.

We booked the one-bedroom suite, which had plenty of space for two, and that couch was so comfortable. We tried the jacuzzi and really enjoyed it. Because of the pandemic, you need to reserve ahead if you want to use the pool or jacuzzi. We had a great time and hope to return.

The pools were clean, all five of them, though none is especially large. This isn’t really a hotel, so you can order food from outside or cook for yourself. The rest of the place was nice and everything else was okay, but the blinds were much too thin. Our room was already bright before 6am, just like another reviewer had mentioned. Hotels usually offer both thin and thicker curtains so guests can choose how much light comes in. That needs improvement, though it may not bother you if you get up early.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the pool facilities are great. With a reservation, they’ll set the pool aside for your group. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the price was affordable with no hidden fees. Having a car is an advantage here. Kasa Luntian is a peaceful place to get away from the city and spend time around nature. The weak data and internet signal was the downside. I’d recommend it for a Tagaytay staycation and would come back.
