The location is the best thing here, with restaurants, attractions, and good views all within walking distance. The rooms felt musty and dirty, like a hotel from the 80s. There was mold on the window sill and around the bathroom, and the sinks, toilet, and shower kept dripping no matter how hard I tried to turn off the faucets.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit we booked through Agoda. It felt cozy and relaxing, though the place still seemed pretty bare bones despite having ample amenities.

The inside of the building looked like a tenement, which I didn't expect 😂. At least the room my friend booked was clean and spacious, though it didn't have a Taal view. Room bookings don't include parking, so let your host know right away if you need to rent a space. The clubhouse lot is spacious and felt safe with guards nearby. Rates are ₱30 for the first 3 hours, ₱10 per extra hour, and ₱200 overnight. There are lots of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor badminton court, a basketball court, and a large grassy area for picnics. Restaurants and other shops are nearby, including some in the building. It's a perfect spot if you're going around Tagaytay and just need somewhere to sleep at night.

We stayed only 6 to 7 hours to sleep, then left right away. The room felt like an abandoned place, with dust you could feel on the bed, even though it was supposedly cleaned recently. The bed squeaked, there were no toiletries, and parking was ₱400. The security guards came across as unfriendly and arrogant, more concerned with showing they were in charge than helping properly. Not recommended, it was the worst experience.
